Max, also known ScruFFuR, holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with an emphasis in finance and investment management. ScruFFuR has been involved in the blockchain space since 2010 with a deeper involvement starting in 2016 til present day. He is well known for his tokenomic analysis articles and built a large online presence by breaking down complex economic processes and venture like project analysis into easy-to-understand content. In addition to consulting, Max is an accredited investor well known for his early investments into Chainlink back in 2017 and his involvement as a strategic partner with Aleph Zero.

Outside of hosting Under The Radar, Max leads research at WWVentures and operates Scruffur Capital Consulting providing web3 advisory services to projects.

Josh, who is better known as Crypto Fundamentals on his Twitter Platform, has been studying Blockchain Technology and investing in Cryptocurrency since 2017. He's a highly respected person in the space due his high level of ethics, and because of his in-depth research that shines a light on quality projects for investors. He is proficient in technical analysis and risk management strategies that focus on capital protection. He is also licensed in five states as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and studied at Yale University.

What started as a hobby quickly turned into a full time career in Spring of 2021.
Since then he has been perfecting his craft of finding hidden gems across the space.
Mainly focusing on DeFi & NFTs, he seeks to find projects that are fundamentally strong in all aspects.
